Insurance

Our goal at Granite State Oral Surgery is to create an optimal experience from beginning to end. We believe open communication is essential to secure that our relationship is managed professionally and thoroughly. We understand the consideration you give to the cost of your care.

Our practice strives to treat our patients with the best possible care under all circumstances. We are committed to offering you a range of treatment possibilities, when appropriate, and can often tailor these options to best it your needs and wishes. If you do not have insurance coverage, payment is due in full on the day of service.

For those patients who are insured, our knowledgeable office staff will assist you in obtaining the maximum benefits available to you under the terms of your insurance policy. However, most policies do not cover the full cost of surgical care, they are designed to reduce your out-of- pocket expenses but not eliminate them completely. We encourage you to find out how your policy is designed and what your insurance policy covers.

We are providers of the following:

  • Delta Dental (Premier Program)
  • Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Medical insurance

For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, check. We also offer affordable financing options through CareCredit and The Lending Club.

Some important concepts to remember about Insurance:

  • Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance provider.
  • Insurance benefits are always subject to review by your carrier.
  • The information that we are given by your insurance carrier is not a guarantee of benefits or payment.

To assist our patients, at the time of service an approximate ESTIMATE of benefits will be calculated what is likely to be paid by your insurance and the amount due from you based on what insurance benefits you have available.
